aperiodics is a command-line workbench for aperiodic and quasi-periodic structures: multigrid tilings (Penrose, twelvefold and other symmetries), substitution tilings, projections from higher-dimensional lattices, and Rauzy fractals from Tribonacci-style substitutions. It has a simple web GUI to make it easy to explore the strange space of multidimensional projections into the spaces where they break down in pleasing ways.
